Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses within United Kingdom. Orders are typically dispatched within 4 working days of your order being confirmed, and delivered within 24–72 hours of dispatch by our delivery partners.

Delivery costs are shown at checkout and included in the total price displayed on the product page, in GBP (£), unless a separate delivery fee is shown for your specific address.

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If it's damaged, please note this with the courier and contact us straight away with photos so we can help.

Returns and the right to cancel

You can cancel your order and return your product within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. See the “Right to cancel” section of our Terms & Conditions for the full details and the model cancellation form.

To start a return, contact us with your order number through our support portal: https://boolanga.zohodesk.eu/portal/en/newticket?departmentId=148749000000007061&layoutId=148749000000023011 — we'll confirm the return address and any specific instructions.

Products should be returned unused, in their original packaging where possible, within 14 days of telling us you want to cancel.

You're responsible for the cost of returning the product, unless it arrived faulty or not as described.

Once we receive your return, we'll refund the price you paid (including standard delivery) within 14 days, to your original payment method.

Faulty products and warranty

Every Boolanga bag comes with a 6-month manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects, on top of your statutory legal rights. If your product develops a fault, contact us through our support portal with your order number and a description (and photos, if possible) of the issue, and we'll sort out a repair, replacement or refund.
