Delivery

We deliver to addresses in Germany. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days of your order being confirmed; the estimated delivery date is shown at checkout and in your order confirmation e-mail. In any event we deliver no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded. If we do not, you may give us an additional period appropriate to the circumstances, and if we still do not deliver, you may terminate the contract and we will refund all payments without undue delay.

Delivery costs are shown at checkout, in euro (€) and including VAT, before you place your order.

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged, note this with the courier and contact us straight away with photos. This does not affect your legal rights.

Your right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason (Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights). The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, take physical possession of the products (of the last product, if an order is delivered in several parcels).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, inform us (Delivery Tech OÜ, Keemia tn 4, 10616 Tallinn, Harju maakond, Estonia, e-mail: [email protected]) of your decision by an unequivocal statement, for example by e-mail, by post or through our support portal. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. It is enough to send your notice before the withdrawal period expires.

We will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal, using the same means of payment you used for the order, at no cost to you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Please send the products back within 14 days of informing us of your withdrawal; we will confirm the return address when you contact us. You bear the direct cost of returning the products. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products.

Legal guarantee of conformity

We are responsible for any lack of conformity of the products. If a product is not in conformity, you are entitled free of charge to repair or replacement or, where this is not possible or not done within a reasonable time, to a price reduction or a refund. We bear the cost of returning a non-conforming product.

Under the statutory warranty rights (sections 434 et seq. of the German Civil Code, BGB, implementing Directive (EU) 2019/771) the legal guarantee lasts 2 years from delivery, and any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within 1 year of delivery is presumed to have existed at delivery.

Boolanga 6-month commercial warranty

In addition to, and without affecting, your legal guarantee, Delivery Tech OÜ, Keemia tn 4, 10616 Tallinn, Harju maakond, Estonia gives a 6-month warranty from delivery against manufacturing defects on every Boolanga bag. Contact us with your order number and a description (and photos, if possible) of the defect, and we will repair or replace the product free of charge, including the return shipping, or refund it if neither is possible.
